I have been in the home improvement industry for over 30 years.  I currently hold a B1 (General Builder) Contractor license.

My goal is to provide the homeowner with tips and shortcuts that I have accumulated over the years.  But even more important to provide the right information to help you make the best buying decision for your home or project.
